Challenge Dream+ Tangential Flow Filtration(TFF) System
Challenge Dream+ fully automated tangential flow filtration system is a fully automated, digitalized, and intelligent system, which is developed based on tangential flow filtration (TFF) technology. The system integrates a feed addition unit, weighing unit, magnetic stirring, pressure sensors, pH/conductivity, and flowmeter. It can automatically record over 20 process parameters, including TMP (transmembrane pressure) and FLUX (permeate flux), and is capable of automatic TMP control and automatic flow path switching.The entire filtration process (including pre-filtration treatment, equilibration, sample loading, concentration/diafiltration, sample collection, and post-filtration treatment) can be automated with one-click operation after method editing. It is a fully automated tangential flow filtration (TFF) system capable of "unattended" operation.It enables intelligent TMP optimization, effectively supporting the development, optimization, and scale-up of TFF processes.
